here we go. Good morning, good afternoon, good evening, and good middle of the night. It's me,

Bliss Young. I am solo today. Dr. Stu and I were planning to sit down and record a podcast

together, one of his mind addict,

emptying kind of podcast. But unfortunately, he's just not feeling well enough to sit and record.

He's doing well. He's recovering from his surgery. If you don't know, Dr. Stu had a full knee

replacement surgery just a couple of weeks ago. And he was feeling very optimistic

about his healing and the reality of the big deal that this is and needing time to

not have responsibilities and not sit at a desk is what he needed today. So what we've decided to

do is we've decided to share with you a segment

from our Patreon content that we did in the spring called Baby Aspen for All. We have a lot of

people who ask us. This one is a little bit more casual. It's not as formal as some of the

breakdowns that Dr. Stee will do for us, but it's a fun one and it's

less than 30 minutes. So that is pretty unusual for us as well because we tend to, when we're

together, talk for an hour or an hour and a half. So I hope you guys enjoy that. We've gotten a few

questions from people about our opinion about baby aspirin and we go over it in this small segment.
