as I'm trying to wrap my brain around it,

what I hear kind of everyone agreeing upon

is that there's the power of God,

which not only all Mormons have,

but in theory, lots of non-Wormons have too.

And we shouldn't necessarily say

that pre-City equals the power of God.

Is that something we all agree upon?

No, I don't think the pre-City is power.

I think it's the power to act in God's name.

It's a right.

I don't think, I think, I'm not sure that it's the same as saying

that everybody has the Holy Ghost as if it's the light of Christ

that people do have before they are sure

given the gift of the Holy Ghost.
