series that we do that are kind of like coming back to the basics. It's a little bit of what are the things that we know are integral to recovery, but sometimes, you know, like we do in all areas of life, we can focus on the new, bright, shiny thing. Like, what about this? What about that? But at the roots, we've got to make sure we're using some of the foundational tools well. And that's what today is all about, was helping people think about their three circles tool. And in particular, that outer circle of recovery. Yeah, I think oftentimes when we learn about a tool from the beginning, it's like, oh, we did it, we kind of forget about it. So I think this is a great podcast that will just like, kind of go back to the basics like you said we've done some podcasts

And it truly is a game plan to say, this is what my recovery can look like. And as we lean into those outer circle tools, that's where real transformation takes place. And I think we had the perfect guest for today's show. Josh
