0:27.7	So, Darren, I'm curious, you know, I've been on a real estate investing journey. A lot of people listening to this have bought and sold properties. You've founded and sold two companies.

0:50.5	And if it wasn't, what was the motivation for you to get into these companies?
1:00.0	It very much was. I remember this moment when I was six years old. We were on a long trip, like a two-day road trip in Argentina. We were driving up to Brazil from Buenos Aires. My parents are,
1:05.0	from context, my parents are lifelong missionaries. They're missionaries for 35 years. So I grew up overseas.
1:10.0	And we're on this drive, and we stopped at some restaurant. They were missionaries for 35 years. So I grew up overseas. And we're on this
1:11.2	drive and we stopped at some restaurant. There were six of us, you know, two parents, four kids.
1:17.3	And so money was just always tight. We were always thinking about money. And somehow with this
1:23.3	restaurant, they stiffed my dad like an extra $5 on the bill for something he didn't order

1:30.1	And I just, I saw him get really angry and he's like shaking his fist as he's like peeling
1:35.7	out of the parking lot.
1:36.8	He's yelling like, ladrones, which means like thieves in Spanish, right?
1:41.5	And all of this over like $5.
1:43.6	And the lack of money was just this ever-present
