Okay, so what are you talking about today? Okay, we're going to be talking about our favorite books thus far from 2025, the books that we've read here in 2025. So these are not books that necessarily came out in 2025. Actually, as far as I know, I don't't know if I don't know if any of these came out

in 2025 but there are our favorite books that we've read also we'd love to hear your guys's

favorite books in the chat somebody one of the first questions I saw was any book recommendations

for I think it was medication free childbirth something along those lines in a hospital setting I

think you saw that right yeah yeah look at that yeah Yeah, I mean, I'm proud of the right person. Well, people are saying the Bradley method. That's the one, that's the one labor and delivery book I've read. So we'll recommend that one, the Bradley method. We read specifically chapter eight every single time we go into labor. I say we. I feel like

it's a very no it's you're doing all the work there but prior to our first born I I knew nothing at all

and uh you let your water broke and you and you literally like shove the book in my face and you're

like like read chapter eight and any additional chapters that you're able to

read well at that point we were newlywed so I feel like we were doing like everything like okay read a

little bit every night before bed and you know you like do everything together when you're newlyweds

and yeah anyways and then you just slipped to the back of the book where all the pictures were

and you were like traumatized like I came back into the room where all the pictures were and you were like traumatized.

Like I came back into the room after calling the midwife and you were like, is that what's

going to happen to you in like a few hours?
