We're saving capitalism. Capitalism is about individuality. It is about individual progress and

opportunity. And the system that's created around it has certain structure and rules. So you do need

to know how to play the game. This is how you play the game so that it works for you.

That's the beauty of the small business model in Main Street, America. There's glass ceiling. It's much intelligence and hard work, a little bit of luck and elbow grease.
