0:54.0	President Trump faced an unprecedented situation.
0:57.0	As he entered into office and sought to perform his responsibilities as president,
1:02.0	federal agents and prosecutors
1:04.0	were scrutinizing his conduct before and after taking office
1:08.3	and the conduct of some of his associates.
1:11.3	At the same time, there was relentless speculation in the news media about the president's personal culpability.
1:18.0	Yet as he said from the beginning, there was in fact, no collusion.
1:24.1	And as the Special Council's report acknowledges,
1:27.2	there is substantial evidence to show
1:30.0	that the President was frustrated and angered by his sincere belief that the investigation
1:36.0	was undermining his presidency, propelled by his political opponents, and fueled by illegal leaks.
