close to a year ago, Aaron and I actually sold. And it's really exciting for a number of reasons.

We go through the whole story about why we sold this business, but more importantly,

what it takes to actually sell a fitness business. Okay, you have to, you have to build a business that has real infrastructure. It has lifetime value, retention, systems, and also one

that doesn't rely upon the business owner, right? Like what happens if the business owner steps

out? Is that business still going to not only survive,

but continue to grow?

And we were able to create that type of business

within T4E systems now known as T4E Health.

And within this company that we sold it to,

they're just a great organization, nutrition dynamics.

They do, I think I remember they're doing like 1.5 million a month total. So they're a large

coaching company. They focus on all the way from lifestyle to functional. And the founder, Vince,

who we interview on this podcast, along with the new T4E CEO, Erica, are just insanely valuable

individuals that there's a ton to learn from. So we go through the whole

story about why we sold, how we sold, how we got in contact with them, what the future of online
