0:05.7	Elisa Keaton. And today we are going to do a scripture meditation that is going to encourage you that you are capable, that you have intelligence,
0:20.0	that you have intelligence, that God wants to give you knowledge and wisdom that
0:28.4	trumps the world. So go ahead and take a moment to find yourself seated or laying comfortably on your back.
0:39.0	Maybe take a minute to reach up overhead and breathe really long and tall through the spine and then as you exhale, root through your tailbone and will soften your hands by your side. Now inhale a lengthen
1:02.1	breath and exit. a lengthened breath, an exhale, a softening breath.
1:10.0	It is this breath that is a lifeline to the source of knowledge and wisdom.
1:22.1	You are capable.
1:24.0	God, we welcome you here.
1:29.0	Holy Spirit, enlighten the eyes of our heart and the view of our mind to see and to know that God has made us wise and capable.
1:50.0	Holy Spirit, do what only you can do as we surrender ourselves in your presence.
1:58.9	In Jesus,
1:59.9	Amen. Job 32, verse 8. But there is a spirit within people, the breath of the Almighty within
2:21.6	them that makes them intelligent.
