You know, you can stay fit on your vacation without dragging yourself into that hotel gym every single day.

It's getting pretty warm, at least here in the Northern Hemisphere, and that means summer

vacation is right around the corner. And you know what? I'm going to say it. We should all take

a break from work to enjoy some sunshine and some outdoor time. But that doesn't

mean we should take a break from our fitness. In fact, some of us think that summer is even more

reason to head out there and get some serious movement in. And movement is the key to staying fit

on vacation. The problem with mixing holiday time and exercise time is,

well, who wants to hang out in a gym while you're on your dream vacation? Well, nobody, that's who.
