Okay, Ashley, it's wonderful to have you on.

You have been a big mentor to me just in the last couple months as I was looking around

and trying to figure out, hey, is excellence in homeschooling even possible?

And I found you. And

some of my other friends found you at the same time. So you've been a real encouragement

to us. We've talked to you about you a lot. And now it's really fun to be speaking with you.

So for those who are not familiar with your YouTube channel, with your program, can you just

let our listeners know who you are and what you do? Sure. So I'm Ashley Bufa. I have 11 children.

Three of them I have graduated from homeschool. We've been homeschooling since the very beginning.

And I don't know. Like how many do I have, I have a baby. So she's not in homeschool, but everybody else still is.

So my oldest is married my second oldest

will be getting married um in june and so like we're we're in all the stages right now

which is kind of weird but also fun um so i started really doubling down talking about homeschooling

um really just in apr. That's when I started

saying, okay, we got to we got to start trying to change some things here because I've,

you know, I've been homeschooling now for almost two decades. And two decades ago,

the landscape was completely different. You know, there was the stereotypical homeschool

family was striving for excellence, at least in my area.

I know that it is regional.

But in my area, it was really serious business.

And moms took it seriously.
