introduction to what anxiety is and specifically I want to talk about why it's so common, why we have this, what is going on.

And I want you to hopefully get from this podcast today how this isn't really your body working against you. So often people

come to me feeling like they have been betrayed by their own body and mind.

And this is not the case, and I'm hoping that this episode will help you see that clearly.

Anxiety disorders can come in so many different forms.

You can have everything from OCD to social anxiety and even simple phobias and they are maintained and brought about by so many different mechanisms such

as signal anxiety, fear of the emotion within.

And these are things that we don't often talk about,

but this is important to understand

that there are so many different ways that this can come about.

So let's talk about some of those today. Another one

would be dealing with existential problems such as the fact that everything
