And in particular, thanks to all of you who decided to come out this morning.

We very much appreciate it.

Let me tell you what's going to happen and then we'll get to it and then we'll meet the folks

who are going to do it.

For 45 minutes or so we're going to have a conversation

as you heard about inspiring the next generation

to get into the trades.

It's a conversation that we're going to ask you to join

at the end of this little dialogue after about 45 minutes or so a

Q&A with all of you, comments, reactions to what we have going on here. And

then obviously we're going to be here for the rest of the day and hopefully that will continue both for the rest of today and then as we all sort of disperse and go back to our lives.

These three gentlemen, as you heard, were here last two years ago, excuse me, and a little bit of insight as to why we think that this

trade,

trade, again two years later.

The three of them obviously are in this business

and practice this trade and have for a very long time

and I've got a lot of thoughts on it.
