In today's episode, I'm bringing you Ali Bonar, founder and CEO of Oat Haus, and more importantly, one of my first "Insta" friends! Ali and I go deep on this podcast as we reflect on spiritual awakenings and deep dive into what that has looked like in Ali's life.
I love how open and honest Ali is about her past trauma, her business, and how she has found deep healing in her life. We talk a lot about the different ways we have tried to connect with ourselves and the universe, and what is next on the horizon for both of us on our spiritual/healing journeys. We definitely go into all things "woo woo" so be prepared to keep your mind and heart open, because it's a fun ride!
To know her is to love her - she is so REAL and honest, which is a breath of fresh air these days. I hope you enjoy this chat as much as I did.
