We're going to talk about capacity. If you guys have listened to the show since, I guess,

the beginning of the year, really. I have been thinking about capacity a lot. And I have been

tracking my own capacity and trying to find like different buckets or categories of capacity

learning how to grow and expand.

So all day long, as I'm noticing myself feeling frustrated about something, irritated
