That doesn’t mean that life has to feel terrible half the time while the other half you’ll be happy, and we’re just stuck with it. There are layers to this idea which I'm exploring this week. I’m sharing why constant happiness isn’t the goal, and showing you how finding balance and contrast is the secret to creating a fulfilling life that you truly love.
