Hey y'all listen I cannot wait to dive into this week's episode. I'm going to be talking about

what it looks like to start your day and end your day well and the rhythms that I use in order

that you may or may not know her name is Dr. Alicia Britt Shelly. She's been on the

podcast recently. You may have watched or listened to her episode. First of all after interviewing her

I was just really marked and so I had the opportunity not long after that to meet her in person

and I was marked in a deeper way. So I picked her book and started reading it and it's amazing.

If you've ever felt like you're not seen like nobody cares or like God himself doesn't even know

where you are that is what it feels like to be in the Hidden Years but here's what the important

thing is to know. You are not hidden from God. He has not forgotten about you. He probably is

simply preparing you and how you handle those Hidden Years whether you handle them well or not
