and all the things. So, could you just share first about learning about having OCD? Where were you,

that's what you're experiencing? Yeah. Okay. So this was about 12 years ago. I was 24 years old.

I had been in a job which I loved, but I was having a lot of stress in that job and I came to the

point where I was crying at work and I had to stop the job for a while and I, you know, I was encouraged to go and see a
