Jason Lingerin is with me and Brandon Sibley, also known as Big Sib is returning.

These are important ideas that people who are getting involved with

legal ideas you might want to listen up. First off if we have not had somebody in the

legal realm on this show there is a reason for it do you

understand what I just said I'm not going to start fights with people in the world but

we see a lot of people go down in flames doing basically I'll be blunt stupid things we have seen scamming here

pay me this much money and I'll write up this thing for you then they use it then

they go to jail this is is simple. Adults in this world are autonomous. They

don't need a mommy and daddy telling them what to do. What that means is

they're educated to a level or they have educated themselves to a level. There's a rule of thumb that we use here when we cover legal ideas.

And we learned the hard way, like so many do. You may notice that way back we covered a lot more legal ideas than we do now and we've zeroed in on certain voices.

Here's the reason. They can show the logic or the history or the pretty simple rule of thumb. What we're seeing now is a bunch of people acting like

children and guessing and legal ideas are not a thing to guess at. There can be

serious consequences and if your big idea is I don't like that my rights are getting violated and then you get yourself tossed into the clink or fined, what was the point of all that?

And I know that's a bit of a rant but you gotta comprehend before you do things. Anyhow, welcome Jason.
