Hey everyone. I'm Olympian, Carrie Telethson, and welcome to the C-Tali Run podcast.

0:11.6

Today's episode is with one of the best South African runners we've ever seen. She's an Olympian, actually a two-time Olympian. She's a five-time NCAA champion.

0:23.2

She is a professional runner, a coach, and one of the nicest runners I know. In this episode, we talk all about what's going on,

0:29.9

what she's been up to, her next moves in the sport, finding life off of the track, being grateful

0:35.2

for the support throughout her career thus far, and so much

0:38.5

more. There was a lot of fun chatter, but there was also some emotional chatter. And I hope you

0:43.6

got to know Dom just a little bit more. So let's get after it. Dom, you're back. It's been

0:52.2

three years and now you're back on C- Talley Rod. So thanks for joining us.

0:57.0

Thanks for having me. I know. I could barely remember that I'd been on your podcast before. I feel like a lot has happened and a lot has changed since then.

1:05.7

1:10.7

When did you run your first marathon? Let't it? Or just after? When did you run your first

1:11.8

marathon? Let's like, let's try to remember together. Yeah, I debuted in London in 2023, so that makes

1:19.5

sense. Yeah. And I think, I can't remember the exact date, but you are getting ready maybe for

1:26.2

something else as well. But anyway, it's just been so fun to

1:29.0

watch you. You know, we see each other every now and then at different races, but, you know,

1:34.6

you're just so bubbly and so open. And I just feel like I know you probably better that I

1:39.3

really do. So it's been three years since you've been on C-Talley Run. So I just kind of want to get

1:43.3

like caught up.

1:44.2

What's going on? You ran 108 in 2025 for the half marathon. No spring marathon on the schedule.

1:49.9

So where are you been? What's going on? Yeah. So last year, going into 2025, or even before that, I ran two years of the marathon. It went fine in my books, but it wasn't amazing.

2:07.1

You know, I think we really felt like after running 6732 in the half, that I'd be able to transition to the marathon, and that might be my event.

2:15.3

But it just never quite clicked um my body i wouldn't say
