So Real Water Sports has a new video series that they're producing called Under the Glass,

where Team Rider Brett Barley pulls one board off of the rack at Real Water Sports, rides it,

reviews it. Here's just a little sneak peek.

This board, I hopped on it and from the very first time I stood up, it was like, I didn't

even have to think about it. It just did what I wanted it to do.

And it was a pretty wild feeling.

Going from like, like I said, being so dialed in to like, okay, I'm going to pluck this one off the rack. I'm no idea. No idea. And it was that amazing. I was like, oh my gosh, this is so cool. For those of you that don't know, I mean, this is a lost driver 2.0.

I mean, this is the workhorse of.0. I mean, this is the

workhorse of the lost high performance like shortboard series. It's in lost light speed construction

and that is a stringerless EPS blank with epoxy resin and loss own fiberglass schedule on here.

What Matt and the lost guys are looking to do on this board

is to make a light board that will also last. So they want it to be light, you know, very much

along the same weights as like a competition P-U-Polly, like single glass. They also want

the pop, like the spring and the pop out of the turns of a stringerless board. They came up with light speed and this is the board that, you know, Brett, like, Brett like basically went around the entire shop, he said, this is the one I, you know, this is the one I want to have. And the surprising thing was is that... Now, Brett Barley's a pro surfer, Trip Foreman's obviously a surfboard expert, but the entire series is done with you and I in mind,

the customer who walks into the store and just wants to understand what to expect in terms of

construction and performance from a surfboard before investing in it. So this series is really

well done. Great concept, by the way, but really well executed.
