0:18.1	So take a moment to find yourself seated,
0:21.6	comfortably yet engaged, or on your back, resting on the floor.
0:29.3	And begin to breathe and inhale and exhale.

0:50.0	Already notice how you are feeling more peaceful.
0:58.4	Thank you God for the gift of our breath and for the gift of rest. We invite you now through your word to come and
1:07.6	meet us and change us. May your word grab us by our heart, potter our mind, and shape our will to look more like yours. We love you, God.
1:26.0	Teach us more of what it means to be loved by you,
1:31.0	that we may give what we have received. In Jesus name, amen.
1:37.0	Our scriptures, 1st John 419. It says, we love because he first loved us. We love because he first loved us.
2:09.0	Let this word help you to see yourself in the picture of love today, perhaps with those that it's
