Bay, you're on air with Ella, and today I am joined by Dr. Megan Lee. Hey, Dr. Megan, how are you?

0:35.9

Hello, I'm good. How are you doing? I'm absolutely fantastic,

0:41.1

delighted to be having this conversation with you because while we have talked about

0:45.8

perimenopause and menopause hormone therapy, there's still so many rocks to turn over

0:51.6

here. And I have some very specific listener questions for you that are

0:56.4

really targeted about menopause hormone therapy. But then Dr. Megan, I want to get into a

1:02.3

2:02.5

2:07.9

that list, sleep disturbances, mood changes, and then obviously the hot flashes and night sweats,

2:12.7

but I think that sometimes that can be overstated because we know that that's a symptom of menopause where

2:18.2

there's so many other things and we discover down the line that, you know, issue ear was actually

2:22.5

your, you know, your menopause symptoms too. But those I think are the biggest ones.
