0:45.4	neighborhood in northwest Philadelphia when two men pulled up in a carriage.
0:50.5	These men were known to the boys, though not by name, as they'd been by on a few occasions to give them candy.
0:58.0	This time the two men offered candy, and something even more enticing, firecrackers.
1:05.0	So Walter and Charlie hopped into the carriage and were taken across the city.
1:10.0	Walter was given 25 cents to go and buy firecrackers inside of a store.
1:15.0	But when he exited the shop, the two men and Charlie had disappeared.
1:21.0	The four-year-old was never seen again.
1:27.0	Thus begins one of the most infamous kidnappings in American history.
