I'm doing great. Thanks a lot for asking and yeah we spoke with Allison Dyker in this interview and she is the daughter of

Allison has come out of this period of her life in her adolescence this

period of abuse and witnessing this abuse to write a book too. A daughter's

She's also used this traumatic moment in her life

So what I thought was going to be a heavy serious conversation, which it was, turned out to be not so much, and I left this conversation feeling like, hey, this woman got through a lot, and it kind of puts a lot of things into perspective in your own life, you know?
