Welcome back to the Shaper Shack.

This is Part 2 of 4.

Listening back to the series, what stands out to me most is just how interesting it is that these guys all come from distinct, unique backgrounds,

but really they're just applying objective hard physics of hydrodynamics.

And yet they're netting entirely different results, coming to different conclusions

based on their own interpretation of those objective laws.

It's just really fascinating to hear each person's perspective, back to back,

and sometimes hear their overlapping influences,

maybe their unknowing influence on one another,

and again, net very, very different styles of surfboards.

So I hope that you're enjoying this as much as I did producing it and creating it.

And these conversations were recorded in Manly Beach, Australia in April of 2019.

They were organized by Visla as part of the Sydney Surf Pro.

Visla had a shaping booth and a lamination room actually set up on the beach for

spectators to watch boards being built by some of Australia's finest board builders,

and it was my job to help share those stories. So we'll go ahead and get right into it right away.
