1:03.6	CrimeCon to catch up about the event, speak about sort of the intricacies and what it's like

1:12.7	large, which encapsulates the entire true crime industry in a major way, Lance.
1:19.0	Yeah, and it's really cool to see how CrimeCon has grown.
1:22.9	So these check-ins that happen every year after the event are important because I feel like people need to
1:28.7	recognize the changes, the developments, and everything that the organization behind CrimeCon
1:34.4	is doing to make it as human-focused, empathetic, victim-focused, survivor-focused as possible,
1:40.2	also to realize how much work goes into these. And it's not just the one CrimeCon event that happens annually.
1:46.9	It's the cruises.
1:47.8	It's the CrimeCon UK and all of those other offshoots that they're constantly working on.
1:53.4	But we do give them a few weeks post event to recover.
1:57.2	We start off the conversation just talking about how the body and the mind feels after one of
2:02.8	these events is over and you just need like a good 18, 20 hours to just shut down. Because they do
