Today we're doing a very special episode.

0:24.6

We are going to be doing the rushing to read book tag, which we developed.

0:32.1

We've created this guy to go along with the reading rush.

0:37.4

So we wanted to do a special episode for it because

0:39.9

i don't know we just thought to be fun so so yeah i'm actually really excited i think this will be a

0:45.4

good time yeah i feel like tags translate really well to the podcast so yeah which one we did one of the

0:51.4

crossing tag yes and that was so fun so i think that's why we're doing this because it's it was a good time and ever since we did that of the tag. And the crossing tag. Yes. That was so fun. So I think that's why we're

0:54.5

doing this because it's, it was a good time. And ever since we did that other one, I was like, God, we got to do another one. Yeah. Uh, my chair is really squeaky and you're going to hear it. I'm going to apologize in advance and we're going to move on. So let's start. Gosh, You gotta get my answers.

0:53.2

Getting off to a great start here.

0:54.7

So, Raylene and I, it's start. Gosh, you gotta get my answers. It really... You can already hear the squeaks! Getting off to a great start here. So, Raylene and I, it's Sunday, it's the day before the reading rush starts. Yeah. So the reading rush is starting tomorrow. Um, wow, a little... Nerves. I've got nerves. I'm excited. I just hope that it all goes well and then everyone's having fun. I don't know when this episode's going to come out.

1:27.6

No, exactly.

1:28.1

Because weeks after.

1:29.5

Who knows?

1:30.2

1:32.2

But, yes, we're going to, we were just coloring.

1:36.0

What a stupid sentence that is.

1:38.7

We were just coloring in the reading journal, because we did merch this year for the

1:43.8

Reading Rush, and one of them, one of the things you could get is a reading journal, and we have a coloring page in it, because we thought it would be fun to give people stuff to do, to take a break from reading, like intentionally not read. And so we were both just sitting here coloring, and Rayleigh was like, should we, like, be productive? And we were like, you know what? That's a good point. We did have something that we needed to do. And this is that thing. So we're really proud of this tag. So let's get into it. The questions we're pretty proud of. So question number one. The warm up. A book that stretches your mind. I remember Raylene thought of this one and we were like, yep. Yeah, we really just jumped on to like the idea of it being a race. Like it's, and that's what all the questions you'll see are based on and I feel like we came up with really genius questions. I am pretty proud of the theme. We got a theme and we stuck to it well. It's the best thing we've ever created.
