Now don't you hear that as though God gets angry when we doubt and so decides to withhold

his good gifts.

The problem is never on God's end,

as James has already made perfectly clear. He gives generously to all and without reproach.

It's that doubt does not allow a person to actually receive what God stands ready to give.

The Word of the Lord endures forever is a daily
