0:37.7	where you couldn't see or hear the mark of civilization. How recent was that moment? Was it last week,
0:44.6	last month, a year ago? Or is it further in the rearview mirror than you care to admit? It may just
0:51.1	be time to go ahead and unplug and explore the wilds around you.
0:55.8	With Chapter 3, we are going to explore all things wild as we dive into the concept of wilding.
1:02.6	At the center of the concept of wilding is the fact that all beings are connected.
1:06.9	We each have a microbiome that's comprised of trillions of cells with more cells that aren't human than those that are.
