43, I know someone sent me an email saying,

uh, stop sounding so surprised that you're on like number 43,

you should be really proud of yourself.

I am really proud of myself, and I am still at the same time really surprised

that I have been able to maintain this schedule because you know as most of you know

when you have kids and and jobs it's hard to insert something into that and

maintain it like a workout program a class or a podcast is sometimes can be challenging so I am I am actually really

proud of myself that I'm on 43 and I am actually really surprised so and I'm

really surprised that you guys keep coming back, which is awesome.

Today I have my friends Tracy and Abby.

Abby's never been on my podcast before.

It's her first time.

She did a great job.

I wanted to talk to two women who had been

through menopause because I am at that age where it could happen anytime for me

and all of my friends keep going we need to talk to somebody who's been through

menopause and see what it's really like. So I think they gave me a pretty good

idea of what it's really like. It's kind of everything I was expecting and some things I wasn't. So hopefully

you will get some answers out of this too. You may be too young, you maybe you've

already been through menopause, or maybe you are a man and have no idea what is coming for women

maybe it will be helpful or
