I'm kind of laughing a little bit right now because we always test the microphone with a five-second recording

just to make sure the microphone works, we're all good, we're not gonna record a podcast.

And I need to get over my like, pre-race jitters.

But we should really start putting those together and just releasing them at the start of the podcast

because they're funny. We've got some ridiculous stuff on there.

Megan just walked up the stairs. I think you were out down there peeing or eating checks or something.

Actually a combination of both, yeah.

And Megan was just like breathing really hard, but you know, stairs are impossible.

Okay, stairs are hard.

Yeah, it doesn't matter how trained you are, stairs are impossible.

It's kind of like the hell's discussion we'll get to later.

And so Megan's just like, okay, we need to do it.

Look, you just give me a second before we start this podcast.

So I'm like, okay, we'll just test.

And Megan, we need to release that because Megan's just like,

that wasn't even planned.

That was just, yeah, there's just in the background.

Our microphone is so good, it's picking up my audible breathing.

Yeah, so we've had a great time here.

It's turning green and bolder.

Things are pretty delightful.
