And it's the same thing you know.

It's the same thing everyone else knows whether they want to admit it out loud or not. Nothing gets done in any

company without IT touching it. Nothing. But here's the thing. When everything's on fire,

when nothing's working, when the ransomware hits, when the whole business grinds to a halt,

IT is completely indispensable. You're the most

valuable asset in the company. But when everything's running like a well-oiled Tesla, you're

a line item, a cost center on a spreadsheet. You've done the work. You've built the career. You've

earned your seat at the executive roundtable. But having a seat at the table is one thing.

How much nicer would it be to actually be heard? This is you've been heard.
