because Cinemattock, Ontario was doing a complete Jacques Revette retrospective at the time.

I'd never heard of them before. A complete retrospective. They used to do that. It was incredible. God, I miss the art gallery where they still have a cinema that sits unused. We should take it over. I know. We've said this many a times before. If you're listening, whoever owns that space, give it to us. We'll do a great job. We can guarantee you at least three people in the audience. Yeah, we'll guarantee you whatever you probably did before. Yeah, yeah. You don't need to make money.

With great writing and stuff. And I just remember reading in that the joccurvette, it had words to the effect of one of the least commercial of the French New Wave. And there I am in grade 11 or 12 thinking, wow, that doesn't sound very commercial at all. The French New Wave. And so I remember going to see the nun, La Rale Les Jules. And it was a bit of a tough set.
