This week, we tortured ourselves to talk to you all about

Dollhouse. Oh, girl, I have never wished more that this was not just an audio format.

Because I do feel like the ideal form of this discussion is both of us just pulling at the necklines

of our shirts and going, ooh, woo, woo, woo-woo. I mean, there are video podcasts out there.

We're just not doing one.

Right, but I don't even want it to be more than kind of just a gif extended to two hours.

So I was going, like, ooh, aye, y, y, y, mamma-mea.

Oh, dear. Dear. Well, I should explain why I put this on the list, which is because if you haven't seen Severance season two yet, no major spoilers, but the wonderful actress Deachan Lockman plays a character in that name to Miss Casey. And the seventh episode of the second season, Chiquay Bardot, has a format that a lot of people were like, wow, that's quite similar to Dollhouse,

not just in the sense of the content of the episode, but in the sense that the actress

Deachan Lockman is in both. And so I thought, you know, since Severance is an interesting

show that both of us really like, I thought it would be interesting to maybe call back to

Dollhouse and stack these shows next to each other.

What if Severance sucked? Yeah. This show is really like, what if Severance pooped its

pants that kept trying to tell you that it hadn't pooped? That's really dollhouse. Listeners,

Joss and I would just text back and forth about how Joss Whedon would watch Severance and

scream into a pillow.
