| 1:26.8 | obstacle the challenge hasn't really seemed to matter. Sometimes it doesn't even matter whether it is a positive change or |
| 1:37.3 | obstacle in our life or a negative. And what do I mean by a positive obstacle is that you're going to go and do something big that is going to change your life, but you want it. It is exciting, but it can still be an obstacle in that it is causing you to feel a lot of stress and a lot of worry, |

| 2:01.9 | There are negative and positive habits that we can develop |
| 2:06.3 | around these kinds of obstacles, these challenges. We begin to put around ourselves things that we think are going to help us, |
| 2:16.9 | and things that we think are going to be able to get us through the moment, |
| 2:21.3 | through the challenge, through the change that we are experiencing. |
| 2:27.0 | Anxiety is a lot of energy that's happening inside of us. |
| 2:32.0 | It's a lot of energy and it's got a lot of |
| 2:35.4 | things that need to be moved. And what happens is when we are anxious, sometimes we |
