Summary

The Seahawks have a couple of major milestones on the line and history is on the Seahawks side. Considering the way the San Francisco 49ers have been playing, it would make a victory that much sweeter if past trends hold true. However, if we can't count on historical trends, what would need to change for the Seahawks to be able to compete at the 49ers current level? Is coaching or personnel more of the problem, particularly when we focus on the defense?

We take a look back at the Cowboys game and talk about some of the moments that still stick with us a week later. NFL officiating as a whole continues to be a topic of conversation, especially after a big call went against the Chiefs in a game that helped the Packers join the playoff picture. A Seahawks blog can do better for suggesting that it's time to move on from one of the Seahawks most prolific players and Rich Eisen left a key team out of the playoff conversation this past week. Better at life honors go out to a legendary rock band and a podcast that provided some insight into some of Washington state lore.

Nice to be with you today, even after a tough loss in Dallas and a tough upcoming game here against the 49ers for sure.

But some positives we could talk about from the Dallas game, I'm sure, and some things to talk about with the Niners as well.

0:33.3

So it should be an interesting pod.

0:35.3

Yeah.

0:35.7

Well, even after the game with Dallas, I felt better because there were some changes that I think that we had been asking for.

0:44.3

We got almost a complete game of offense.

0:47.4

And that would have been enough if the defense.

0:51.3

I mean, shoot, it was almost enough as it was through three quarters.

0:54.4

It's just that the defense ended up giving up points late.

0:56.9

The offense couldn't respond in the fourth quarter and we end up taking the L.

1:00.9

But I saw enough from the offense to see some improvements that would make me think,

1:06.8

okay, maybe we don't have to be doom and gloom over the next two weeks, although I think there's

the significant portion of fans that are out there that are a little doom and gloom over the

next couple weeks. And it's understandable because some good teams coming up between the Niners

Like, if we had seen this team come out and basically perform on offense as it had

the last few weeks where we're going, what in the world, man?
