Really excited for this episode as I've been looking ahead to 2026. And for the last few months,

really just discerning and praying and reflecting. And I found myself asking myself a really

honest question. Like, I know all the things, right? I teach on this stuff. I'm a nervous

system coach, a nervous system strategist. And yet,

sometimes my life still feels really heavy, even though it's full of all of these beautiful things

that I once prayed for. And there's nothing that I can pinpoint or look at that's technically

It's so meaningful. My family is just the greatest gift. Like truly, my marriage is amazing. We've done

so much work in our marriage and it's, it's the best it's ever ever been we're going on 17 years married um I'm

homeschooling the girls like we just bought a new business that we're running together Jeff and I

um and growing and this podcast is growing and we're making good friends and the girls love their school here.
