you know, the cornerstone of all of my work is this healing of putting other people ahead of

ourselves, which doesn't mean there's not a time and a place for that, but it's like is our life

oriented around that. Am I silencing myself to keep other people safe? Am I minimizing my own

power? Am I playing small? All of these things are colluding in someone else's smallness if they

can't hold the capacity for our totality. And so these conversations are little wisdom nuggets that

And at the core of a lack of boundaries and codependency is not all of you. It's the fear. If I am, all of me,
