Remember the show is PG-13 so you might hear a naughty word or two.

It means she can't coach in a USA gymnastics club or coach at a USA gymnastics meet. That's all it means. She can move to another country and

coach. She can coach at a, this is what other coaches have done. She can coach in another

organization, AAU, YMCA, USAIGC, she can rent, this is what another coach has done,

she can rent a space in a USA gymnastics gym, just rent the facility, she's not an employee, she's just renting there and rent the facility. She's not an employee. She's just renting there and she can run her team as a private club

renting in a US Age gymnastics club. That's being done. So USA gymnastics that's not allowed. you better stop it right now because that's actually happening.

Right, but there is a case to be made as to why you would willingly agree to be governed by another organization, right, to be governed by the US

Center for State's work and you've got to assure them that you're going to be

fair, but here's what the standards are, that here's how you're going to operate and you've got to be transparent

and everything that's got to be super clear to get their buy-in.

And start doing mandatory face-to-face coaches in the room, tough, hard-nosed sessions with difficult scenarios and conversations where people can share about why they react that way,

and what's a new way to do this.

You know, if you're saying, we want you to watch this video and check it off the list and now you've been certified. Uh-uh, that ain't

gonna work. They'll just check the box won't change. So we've got to have

accountability, we've got to do a better job of educating coaches. We have to do a much better job of educating

parents.
