going to talk about some history later in the episode and I'm very excited because

this is our second part of our conversation with veteran editors just like the grunts who get things done

Ralph Machio and Tom Breivort two of them we're talking about the 80s with us

last week working at Marvel and now they are here to talk about the

90s and so much more. Yeah we talked a lot about their time at the Marvel offices

in the 1980s last week but we're keeping it going we're talking about the next decade the 90s because they put their work in they were here for a long time

Tom Breivore is still with us and there have been a ton of big changes in the comic book community, in the industry throughout the 90s.

It was a big time, I think, for a lot of the readers of our generation.

And we're going to also talk about some hidden comic book gems of the 1990s that maybe you guys want to check out and read because they're wild wacky weird and delightful.

And then we put that call out on Twitter, which we'll get to later in the episode as well.

And man, we got some great

stuff lots of great suggestions especially from comics pros and various other

folks that we know but Lorraine something big happened this week. Hold on to your butts because Marvel

Studios Black Widow the teaser trailer and poster released this week we got our

first real look if you weren't at San Diego Comic-Con and you didn't get inside of Hall H.
