Summary
It's a short week, which means there isn't a lot of time to dwell over a loss to the Rams. And why are we dwelling on a loss to the Rams anyway? It's not like we haven't experienced multiple losses to stupid inferior Rams teams in a season before anyway. Even though the Seahawks defense held Stafford and the Rams to just 17 points, is there some blame to be shared by that position group? Shane Waldron seems to struggle situationally, but does it mean he should be fired? We talk about our preferred alternatives.
Even with the loss, the Seahawks are in prime position to take over the NFC West with two matchups against the division rival San Francisco 49ers in the next three weeks. This will be a big challenge and there are similar concerns in this matchup as we saw with the game against the Baltimore Ravens earlier this year. We get into the areas of the game the Seahawks are going to have to improve if they're going to come out ahead versus Frisco.
After the game this week, Geno Smith talked about not getting a play in via his headset. It was part of the reason they chose to run the football in the final seconds. Was there really an issue? Did a play get called or not? One Seahawks defender in particular gets called out to Do Better for a major penalty and Better at Life honors go to a pair of Seahawks for some exceptional moments in Sunday's game against the Rams.

| 0:53.0 | You should be used to it by now. Get over it. It happens. And I had no more feelings about the loss yesterday. In fact, I felt like it was a lot better because, again, it came down to a field goal at the end. Myers makes a field goal. I feel happy. They miss it. They had the chance. And I'm not super upset. So I was, |
| 1:13.4 | I'm trying to slot this in terms of where I was more upset. I was more upset about the Bengals game. |
| 1:18.9 | Wow. Yeah. Not even close for me. And it's mainly because it is the Rams. I'm sick of losing to |
| 1:23.7 | these guys. I don't like it either. But I, I have a callous built up of losses to Sean McVey and the Rams now. |
| 1:31.1 | Oh, well, apparently I'm too much of a snowflake when it comes to the Rams in because, yeah, |
| 1:36.0 | it still bugs me a great deal, especially when you go back and you look and it's like 1230 to go in |
| 1:41.1 | the fourth quarter, the Rams get the ball and the Hawks are still up nine. |
| 1:46.0 | 12.30 left in the fourth. |
| 1:48.0 | All they had done was score one touchdown at the end of the first half up to that point. |
