Blood vessels dilate in hot weather. And as a way, they do this as a way to bring blood

towards the surface of the skin so that it can dispel heat and keep the body cooler. But what

exacerbate your orthostatic hypotension. Another is fluid volume deficit, or your patient who is

dehydrated. Now, this could be from decreased fluid intake. This could be from diuresis. Maybe they're

taking feroomide or something like that.
