Hello friends and welcome to episode

422 of the Juice Box Podcast. This episode is a little different

in that I did something I don't normally do, I reached out to a virtual stranger and asked them

to be on the show just based on something I saw in their social media posts.

And I have to say that this episode did not in any way go the way I thought it

would and that led to this being the happiest surprise of 2021 for me.

Wait do you meet Amy. I thought I was having Amy on the show to talk about her weight loss and then I realized I didn't know the first thing about Amy.

But by the time this was over, I knew about 40 things about Amy. And most of them led this to being another episode in the After Dark series.

Amy's story is so eclectic that I didn't even know what to call this episode, which is why it ended up being called

After Dark Amy.
