I know that hopefully this episode will kind of give you a bit of a light as to my own progress

in where I used to be to where I'm heading and where I am right now.

You see, not so long ago I worked out that I've actually been doing what I've been doing

for 18 years.

But I also had my issue for 18 years. So that's right. I am 36 years

old and exactly half of my life I've been free of my issue. And obviously before that was half my life

was the issue where I experienced a lot of low self-esteem, a lot of

demotivation, a lot of bad self-sabotaging behaviors. And I've had now the time to reflect over the

18 years of being free of it and having really gone deep into

the mind as to how we can let go of what holds us back the most. So in this episode, I would like

to share with you exactly some of the thoughts that I have had when

it comes to making big profound changes.

Not only in myself, but all the people I've worked with over those 18 years, thousands

of people, varying from all different ranges of life, from the

high profile celebrities, down to people just like you and me. And I think you're going to gain

a lot of it. So let's go ahead into it. Now for me, I want to really share the first thing, which is really my awakening.

You see, I can say with certainty that I am incredibly thankful for the 18 years of pain that I experienced.

Each and every day, that worry, that doubt, that fear,

that limiting internal dialogue saying, Joseph, you can't do this. Who are you to be able to do that?
