I used to, I called three in the morning the witching hour because I would wake up at

three in the morning and whatever it is I could be potentially stressed about, I would

be massively anxious and stressed at three in the morning.

And so finally I started telling myself, look, this has been happening all my life and

so I'll do exactly what you just said.

I'll say, I'm going to, I promise I will think about this at three in the afternoon instead

when I'm a little bit more lucid and usually it was nothing to worry about.

Every time I talk to you I always do the like all these strategies that we use in therapy

and then I always find out that you've actually figured a lot of them out on your own

and that you've incorporated them somehow into your life and then-

Probably through therapy.

But they, and then you were able to say yeah that actually works.

But it's a survival technique because it's really, it's really hard to live.

I mean life is constantly putting obstacles in front of you and simply avoiding obstacles

will help you succeed and feel better about yourself and I tend to positively or negatively

take things to extremes and when it's negative I have to avoid those extremes or damage
