Okay, so what's going on? I thought I was going to be late today. I told you I'm doing the

strength training program, right? Yes, endlessly. So I have had the worst week of sleep for a long time.

It's been awful.

So last week we were meant to record, but my son broke his arm quite badly.

So that kind of messed up last Saturday.

So he's been like in pain and uncomfortable and all of that kind of stuff.

I've never broken anything and none of my children ever have.

Really?

He's seven and a half.

I figured, wow, we've done pretty well to stay out of the emergency room so far with two little boys.
