But first, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers rejected plans to tunnel the Dakota

access pipeline under Lake Awahe, a body of water adjacent to a reservation owned by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe.

The new plan will likely involve rerouting the pipeline through somebody else's backyard.

Failed Green Party candidate Jill Stein withdrew her recount in Pennsylvania and was denied standing

in Michigan this week, though she vowed to keep fighting in some other way that justifies

her taking millions of dollars of other people's money in this pre-doomed effort.
