Doing good.

Just coming back from Boston, had an incredible,

it's a sweet weekend when you can just,

you teach yoga, but I get to teach philosophy and you get wrapped up, you know, truthfully teaching, even though it seems like I'm giving the processes of hearing and chanting.

That's the process of self-realization.

And so when you speak about these eternal truths that resonate with the soul,

it's not like I'm out there affecting people. I'm affecting myself.

It's for me it's sort of like recalibrating my brain.

So yesterday I had that seven the podcast was at seven and then immediately first of all I got to drive there from Rhode Island so I had like an hour and a half of just listening to lectures in the car and then the podcast and then I taught an hour and a half

class of just stories of Indian wisdom and etc.

And it's just like it's so healthy for me to hear these things
