already seen that I published an article on my website this week

with the same title that this podcast has.

So yes, this is going to be the same content as in that article if you already saw it.

But the reason that I am going to go ahead and record this is because I know that a lot of people

see something that is long, and this article was long it was the longest one that I have

written in 13 years of writing a lot of people see that and they say okay that's

too much I can't do it and they would rather listen and so if that was you

then this is for you and also I know that some people don't even go online you don't

go on social media you don't do all those other things so you're not even
